《玩具设计师》职业简介
玩具设计师是新职业。
本标准将玩具设计师定义为：玩具设计师是主要从事儿童玩具和成人玩具的设计、制作等创意活动的人员。通过造型、色彩、功能、声光电和新材料的综合运用，提升玩具对少年儿童的感染力和体现一定的教育、休闲娱乐功能。
“玩具设计师”职业的基本特征是“具有较好的造型能力和色彩感悟能力，能够运用相关计算机软件进行设计，具备在玩具产品设计过程中创意、造型、材料、加工工艺等方面的技术知识和较强的设计制作能力。”
“玩具设计师”职业等级由低到高共设三个等级，各等级所能达到的职业能力及适应的层次、岗位为：玩具设计师（四级）：具备以布绒玩具为主的普通玩具设计制作的工作能力，应届大学（大专）毕业层次，适应设计员岗位；玩具设计师（三级）：具备独立进行较多种类玩具设计制作的工作能力，操作层次，适应部门主管岗位；玩具设计师（二级）：具备独立进行复杂玩具和各种功能玩具设计的工作能力，相关管理职能层次，适应部门经理岗位。

Toy designing is a new career.
Our specification defines the toy designers as the professional workers who engage in the creative activities like designing and making the toys for kids and adults as well. They try to increase the affection generated by toys to kids and play a role in education and entertainment through the comprehensive use of the figure, color, function, sound, light, electricity and new materials.
The basic feature of the career of “toy designer” is having strong ability in figuring and sense of color; being able to design with the relative software and having the expertise on creation, figuring, materials and the arts of processing and the competence of designing and making needed in the process of toy designing.
The career grade of “toy designing” consists of three grades from lower to higher parts. You can refer to the different occupational power and matched positions of the three grades as below:
Toy designer (grade 4): having basic competence creating the general toys mainly made from flannel, being suitable to graduates and the position of junior designing man.
Toy designer (grade 3): having competence of toys designing individually, being suitable to operators and the position of division supervisors.
Toy designer (grade 2): having competence of some complex and multi-function toys designing individually, being suitable to level of functional management and the position of division managers.
